Within 20 calendar days from signing the reservation contract, the client signs a letter of intent on the future purchase contract and pays the first part of the purchase price
The first part of the purchase price is 15% of the property price, this instalment is reduced by the reservation fee
The final occupation-approval process of the project follows
The client pays the second part of the purchase price in the amount of 85%, and signs the purchase contract
The financing bank for the project is J&T Banka
Credit financing for the project is set up for VÚB bank and Slovenská Sporiteľňa clients
