The client chooses an apartment, signs a reservation contract and pays a reservation fee of €12 000 within 3 calendar days
Within 20 calendar days from signing the reservation contract, the client signs a letter of intent on the future purchase contract and pays the first part of the purchase price
The first part of the purchase price is 25% of the property price, this instalment is reduced by the reservation fee
The final occupation-approval process of the project follows
The client pays the second part of the purchase price in the amount of 75%, and signs the purchase contract
